We check each address for the conditions that create fees: residential delivery, limited access, a construction site, no dock. You see them before you book, not after.
When a carrier reports a weight or class that differs from what you booked, our team is alerted and takes it up with the carrier. Add any email address at booking to receive tracking updates.
Invoices, statements and payment are online. If freight arrives damaged, our claims team files with the carrier and follows up every two weeks until it is resolved.
